J'ai mangé une salade avec du poulet aux épinards et des légumes-feuilles pour le déjeuner hier après-midi. 12h. À 19 heures, j'ai dîné. J'ai commencé à me sentir malade instantanément et j'ai vomi mon dîner. J'ai été debout toute la nuit avec des douleurs corporelles, de la diarrhée et des maux d'estomac.

Ate there at 6pm had pot pie soup & grilled cheese, by 9-9:30 had severe belly pain & the worst diarrhea ever, wife ate the same thing also had severe belly pain,nausea

Mesa chicken salad. Had to miss work symptoms were so bad.
