10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found no hand washing signage at the rear hand washing sink in the dish washing area. Instructed to provide signage and maintain signage at the rear hand washing sink.

40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: found employees in the food prep areas and not wearing hair restraints; male food handler with a full, long beard not wearing a beard restraint. Instructed to have all persons entering/working in the food prep area to have hair/beard restraints. Maintain same.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: found the wiping towels not properly stored when not in use. Instructed to store in sanitizing solution (solution must be at the required ppm) when not in use. Maintain same.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: found the top surface of the washbowl in the toilet room in need of recaulking. Instructed to recaulk and maintain.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: found the interior of the rear hand washing sink in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain sink.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: found no trash receptacle in the toilet room. Instructed to provide a trash receptacle with a lid in the toilet room. Maintain same.

- comments: found the large outside dumpster overflowing with garbage and the dumpster area not maintained. Instructed to have unit dumped, clean and maintain dumpster area. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: found the ventilation hood above the cooking equipment with grease, dirt and dust build up. Instructed to clean and maintain ventilation hood.

- comments: found a food handler certificate expired. Instructed to have employee obtain and maintain a valid food handler certificate.

Instructed to clean and maintain as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
