- comments: floors and floor drains need cleaning under the 3 comp sink and under and behind cooking equipment. Also noted the floors,walls and light shields dirty in the rear storage area.

- comments: previous core violation #58 allergen training still not corrected from report #2629455, date 1/8/26. Priority foundation citation issued #7-42-090 violation codes: 2-102. 13 inspector comments: observed the city certified manager on duty without her allergen training. Instructed manager to comply and maintain as required or citations will follow.
