Observed ice buildup on interior and exterior of ceiling vent cover in walk in freezer. Instructed to remove ice buildup from interior and exterior of ceiling vent cover in walk in freezer and maintain.

Instructed to smoothly regrout in between floor tiles where grout is missing for ease of cleanability and maintain. Observed black moldlike spots on caulk above three compartment sink. Instructed to replace areas of caulk above three compartmnent sink with moldlike spots and maintain.
