- comments: observed black moldlike substance on upper interior of ice machine behind shield. Instructed to destroy ice and clean and sanitize interior of ice machine and maintain. Observed discolored caulk on left and right upper interior sides behind lid. Instructed to replace all discolored caulk on left and right upper interior sides behind lid and maintain.

Observed food debris in interior of floor drain underneath two compartment sink. Instructed to clean interior of floor drain underneath two compartment sink and maintain. Observed ice buildup at base of outside of walk in freezer door. Instructed to remove ice buildup from outside base of walk in freezer door and maintain. Observed ice buildup on interior and exterior of ceiling vent cover in walk in freezer. Instructed to remove ice buildup from interior and exterior of ceiling vent cover in walk in freezer and maintain.

- comments: observed missing grout in between floor tiles in dish washing area and near ice machine. Instructed to smoothly regrout in between floor tiles where grout is missing for ease of cleanability and maintain. Observed black moldlike spots on caulk above three compartment sink. Instructed to replace areas of caulk above three compartmnent sink with moldlike spots and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violation from inspection report #2622219 dated 08/13/2025 not corrected. Instructed to correct. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued. Missing covers for variety of sauces at prep line. Instd to provide covers to protect from possible contamination
