Ordered a chopped salad with all the peppers and chicken never had an issue before ate around 1230 and about 2 hrs later there was burning in my stomach, by 430 it was a horrible pain threw up straight salad for a good 3 maybe 4 hrs felt almost like the flu it was sooo bad  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea

I had eaten one half of my subway sandwich which was a Italian BMT, then that night I got home my stomach started to hurt and I felt sick thinking it was just stress.
