Ordered a chopped salad with all the peppers and chicken never had an issue before ate around 1230 and about 2 hrs later there was burning in my stomach, by 430 it was a horrible pain threw up straight salad for a good 3 maybe 4 hrs felt almost like the flu it was sooo bad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Husband and 2 kids ate Subway last night for dinner around 7pm. They ordered two meatball subs and one turkey. Only common ingredient was lettuce. All three were up all night violently ill and still not feeling well today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had eaten one half of my subway sandwich which was a Italian BMT, then that night I got home my stomach started to hurt and I felt sick thinking it was just stress. Well throughout the night, I vomited 3 times and so far 4 times today followed by other symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
