Spicy Italian Footlong. Pepperjack cheese, lettuce and spinach, tomato, cucumbers, and black olives on it. , 2 people got sick. The symptoms started about 8 hours after consumption. On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.

Esposa e eu comemos duas saladas de chef italiano e duas pizzas de trabalho. A esposa estava doente cerca de 6-7 horas depois, ela teve diarréia, calafrios e náuseas. I ate a BLT on Italian Herbs and Cheese. Within 20 minutes I got nauseous, within an hour or two I got the shakes, and threw up everything in my stomach. I still have the shakes. Bought an Italian Sub from the Deli. (Friday 8/8/19) Was a bit concerned about how the young man prepared it. Ate it a bit later in the day. Next morning, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
