我订购了牛排和奶酪 12 英寸的三明治。那个女人打开里面装有牛排的盒子，发现里面有黄色的碎片，但是她只是把它拿出来，然后把我的牛排放在我丰盛的意大利面包里，就像什么都没有一样。所以那时候我想，哦那一定不是什么。我也很饿所以看到那些黄色的东西并没有打扰我。吃了吃了。回家后 30 分钟。头怦怦直跳，肚子疼痛。直接去我的房间睡 2 或 3 个小时，因为那是通常需要多长时间，但没有。我醒来时有偏头痛甚至更严重的胃痛。这种情况持续了从早上 6 点到早上 11 点，当时我的头痛缓解了，但是我的胃仍然疼痛，最近两天我有腹泻！！！我打这个的时候肚子很痛？

Spicy Italian Footlong. Pepperjack cheese, lettuce and spinach, tomato, cucumbers, and black olives on it. , 2 people got sick. The symptoms started about 8 hours after consumption. We are still having those symptoms as of right now. It’s not getting any better.   | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 恶心, 腹泻

On 8/19 at 1:45 pm. I got a veggie sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese with cheddar cheese. I got all veggies (spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, olives, pickles, Cucumbers, Green Peppers) and regular mustard.

I ate a BLT on Italian Herbs and Cheese. Within 20 minutes I got nauseous, within an hour or two I got the shakes, and threw up everything in my stomach. I still have the shakes. Cant tell if I have a fever as I have no thermometer. I dont think the place was very clean. Shouldn't have eaten there.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

Bought an Italian Sub from the Deli. (Friday 8/8/19) Was a bit concerned about how the young man prepared it. Ate it a bit later in the day. Next morning, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Diarrhea still four days later. Partner ate all the same, except of the sub. He has no symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻
