Came into the SHake shack outside of the KOP mall at 1030 on Friday. Order a double smoke shack, the cheese and peppers were dead cold. I ate it, and the next morning was throwing up. I hadn’t eaten anything since 11 am that Friday before the shake shack.  | Sintomas: Vomitando

Eu comi um hambúrguer de cogumelos com batatas fritas no 21.01.2018 no shopping Shake Shack Westfield, UTC. Em 30 minutos, aproximadamente, comecei a sentir cólicas e dores muito fortes no estômago. Tive diarreia várias vezes naquela noite e sentimentos desconfortáveis no estômago. Tive que tomar algum remédio.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Cãibras

I had lunch yesterday at Shake shack and had the smoke burger- I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m certain it was that. About 2 hours later I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, I couldn’t keep any water in my stomach all night and had severe stomach cramps. Eu comi um hambúrguer normal ontem à noite e acordei com forte dor de cabeça... seguido de vômitos (6 vezes) e diarhia. Eu me sinto melhor depois que vomitei 6 vezes e tomei advil.
