I bought some hot wines the traditional at 5 in the morning got home around 6 ate them felt full so went to bed woke up to horrible cramps and explosive diarrhea and I threw up at the same time I was on the toilet so not sure what else could cause that but it all points to the food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
