I went to lunch here with my coworkers and we all got violently ill. Extreme diarrhea and vomiting as well as a low grade fever. lesson learned don't trust a gas station that only employs kids who don't care about their job.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever

I went to eat a macdo at 1pm and at 2:30pm I had diarrhea that lasted almost 3h! It's impossible to sit down without having a craving for diarrhea. After a few hours I started bloating and then abdominal cramps  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating

I ordered last night I took 2 cheeseburger 1 Big tasty patatoes coca and creamy Deluxe sauce.

Around 7pm the attack to begin stomach ache without diarrhea, normal stools, then appeared intense vomiting and intense headache also, camp in the toilet of the stroke 🤢🤮 until 21h!
