I had a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo for lunch on Tuesday August 21 af the waldorf md McDonald’s by the mall. That night I was extremely sick. I had continuous explosive diarrhea, terrible stomach cramps, felt like I was going to pass out, dizzy and weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness, Other, Weakness

At 9:00 pm on 8-19-2018 I got Mcdonalds mcchicken sandwich and cookies. Four hours later had diarrhea and have it for 3 days. Getting better today. I think it was from the dressing they put on top of the chicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I was hungry for some dinner and got some chicken nuggets.
Symptoms: nausea, diarrhea and beginning to vomit.
