I was McDonald's in Schwäbisch Hall last night. I ate a McChicken Classic menu there. I vomited 6 times tonight. I didn't eat anything else yesterday. I won't eat at McDonald's anymore, they serve bad food.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

My 5-year-old son ate a lot of fries while traveling and today he had beige and brown stools that look like digested, unabsorbed fries,
Well it happened today the beige stools he has been several times, his appetite has also decreased but he has no abdominal pain
