Our 8 year old had nuggets and fries for dinner and within 2 hours threw it up on our carpet and had diarrhea twice. He woke up fine this morning. I felt like the fries didn’t sit well for me all night so it may be a dirty fryer issue.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My Wife went in for a chicken wrap from bk . This was the last food she ate for the day and when she woke up for work , she had a high fever , nausea , and constant vomiting. She had to leave early from work due to her condition. Next step is a hospital visit if she doesn’t get better .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever
