Chocolate Donut, My two children ate the same chocolate donuts around 4pm and during the evening around 8pm they felt stomach aches and around 10pm they vomited all night at least three times  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Had a burger for lunch today at 12pm. By 8pm I have had diarrhea, nausia and vomiting. I now have a fever, I am in a lot of pain right now and this is going to cost me a day's earnings as I have work tomorrow and I cannot leave the bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Nausea, Body Ache
