The only thing he ate was chicken nuggets and whopper   My son only ate there. Symptoms started 30 mins after he ate. Still going on. All night with diarrhea and painful stomach then turned into throwing up, at hospital. It happened Last night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
