After eating I did not feel any better and proceeded to drive home. After eating, including while I was driving, my pain worsened exponentially. I has a cluster headache in both hemispheres of my brain, my vision was incessantly throbbing, I had chills, and stomach discomfort. I never have chills and vomiting with my migraines, but lo and behold, at 7:30 pm that night I regurgitated the entire pita. After vomiting I felt relieved.
