My son got super sick after eating these stomach pain nausea vomiting and severe diarrhea. It's been 4 days and he still has diarrhea, going to Dr tomorrow... Whole family felt off after eating, but my four year old got food poisoning bad from these  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

x2 chocolate sleigh bells balls and 1/2 cup of coffee only.
Had only had 1/2 coffee and only 2 small chocolate ball sweets called Sleigh Bells. Hadnt had anything else - have had this a lot after eating their chocolate - sometimes severe vomiting, sometimes less.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a Cadbury milk chocolate cake bar. About 30 minutes later I had severe abdominal pain and I was quite difficult to breathe, almost dying. It’s so horrible and scary. I don’t know if that’s cake’s problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Shortness of Breath
