Had the cool chicken wrap with no cheese. Felt sick rest of the day and night. Did not eat anything else because I was nauseous. All day today 5/11 I have been vomiting non-stop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Felt nauseous a few hours later, Just me. Gurgley stomach within an hour or two, nausea started within about 5 hours, vomiting about 9 or 10 hours after eating, feeling of weakness no energy no appetite lots of nausea  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Weakness, Nausea, Loss of Appetite

I ate chicken club and waffle fries I was very sick, nausea I was rushed to hospital on May 7, I was the only one that ate there and got sick. I very sick. Symptoms started about 15 or 20 minutes after I ate.  | Symptoms: Nausea
