I got a chick fil a deluxe sandwich from chick fil a yesterday around 8 and a few hours later started getting dizzy and then the vommitting started. Puked fromn3 am until 7 am also with severe diarrea and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

We ordered 2 Cobb salads for dinner last night June 9 and I ate mine and went to bed. This morning I woke up with extreme stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting. The only thing that kept coming out of me was salad after salad. My wife saved hers for today but did not eat it after what happened.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate on 6/8/18, ordered the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with fries and ate that around 6pm. Then I ate the chicken strip meal w. Fries at 12:30am.
