I ordered a #1 chicken sandwich and med fries with a water. I was feeling fine prior to eating the chick fil a food. But once I ate within 5 to 10 minutes I had a horrible stomach ache, sweating and Diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I went for breakfast around 8:30 AM, in around 10 my stomach started to hurt and that’s when diarrhea came along. Later on in the day it got worse and worse. Around 5 o’clock is whenever I started to throw up, I threw up about seven times and started a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken sandwich here before a road trip. That night i felt weird, and about two hours later threw up everything I had eaten which was mainly chick- fil- a. The next day I was severely dehydrated almost to the point of hospitalization. I eat here a lot and have never had a problem.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
