My wife and I were poisoned 1/12/18. Can't say exactly if it was the chicken sandwich or the sauce in the little packets. My wife started throwing up in the middle of the night. I started around 7 in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On 1/9/17 I ate a deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. I'm guessing it was the lettuce that caused the problem. Had lunch about 2pm and was sick by 7pm.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Within 2 hours after eating spicy chicken deluxe and waffle fries I had a severe case of diarrhea with nausea, and intense stomach pain. Still dealing with stomach issues second day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
