Had the chicken sandwich. Woke up around 2 am very sick and I mean SICK. Went to the hospital they admitted me and started iv medicine and fluids took all samples and diagnosed me. I have never been sickened like this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My husband and I got food around 8pm. I got sick at around 1am and am still getting sick now at 12pm. Projectile vomit and diarrhea at the same time. I'm so dehydrated my eyes are crossed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate chicken sandwich, fries and drank lemonade at approx 6pm 2/15/17. Had worsening headache all evening. Woke at 5:30am with severe nausea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
