Ate a Grilled Chicken Chipotle salad from Chik-Fil-A on Monday (2/13) for lunch, woke up Tuesday (2/14) morning nauseous and dizzy. Threw up a total of 4 times throughout the day, 5 rounds of diarrhea, and had a fever. Went to the ER and was diagnosed with Viral Gastroentirits.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Dizziness

i ate a heart chick fil a chicken biscuit and 3 hours later i started to feel nauseous and like i needed to throw up but nothing would come up, i have lost appetite i haven't ate since 7 am this morning and every time i get up i wanna throw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

my neighbor and I ate yesterday at Chick-fil-A. today had stomach pains and horrible diarrhea, my neighbor is sick. My wife and I shared 12 PC chicken nuggets and French fries with Polynesian sauce. We had a sweet tea to drink. We both fell immediately Ill and couldn't finish the chicken nuggets.
