My self and my 3 year old baby girl decided to get some chick fila. Not so long after i’m having chills stomach cramps throwing up fever and more. My child is sick as well with the same symptoms after that meal. Prior to I actually had nothing else to eat so it was easy to identify the culprit.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
