I ordered a box of cook unity and I had one of the meals on Friday for lunch at work and became violently ill by early Saturday morning. It’s now Monday and I am still sick! I have been vomiting non stop  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

Had a CookUnity grilled chicken tampiquena plate on Wed. Woke up at 6 am on Thu vomiting bile, which continued for most of the day. Couldn’t even keep water down. Yesterday Food service Cookunity our tried their meal service and we have gotten sick numerous times for the last 2 weeks and cancelled their service. We did tell them we are cancelling due to us getting sick. We are waiting for a response from them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
