Yesterday and today. I suspect blueberry muffins. There are 6 people in my household, I shared a muffin with one of those people. He started vomiting and had the runs at around 2pm and I started with the same at 4pm...and went on all night.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Onset: Less than 4 hours

Additional information: No diarrhea, just severe vomiting for 12 hours
