I ate brocolli from Costco yesterday. Within an hour I had a horrible stomach ache, was throwing up, diahrrea. It was one of the worst food poisonings I’ve ever got in my life. I almost had to hospitalize myself. Never buying produce from Costco again. Yikes  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Bought the Southwest chicken wrap yesterday, I hadn’t had anything to eat so, I tried it. At about midnight I started vomiting and couldn’t sleep on my stomach. Still vomiting, diarrhea, pain in my stomach and a headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

We think it’s the Costco ceaser salad that made my husband sick. He was the only one that ate the salad and within 3-4 hours he was vomiting and felt really sick. We will be throwing out the rest of the salad!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
