Had Del Taco for Dinner last night. Roughly 6 hours later my girlfriend and I were both extremely Ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, stomach pains still happening the next afternoon. Not Great  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
