Domino's pizza and veggie sandwich, My husband and I are both in bed hurting from stomach cramps and diarrhea I ate a piece of pizza and knew the second I swallowed it that something wasn't right. We ordered two pizza's and the whole family are down with Diarrhea. My wife, myself and 5 year old son. This is the second time we've suspected it was Domino's that caused the issue. Paying £20 to get food poisoning is sickening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
