My son has had a bowl of lucky charms each morning the last week. On Thursday April 7, he threw up and had diarrhea later that day. A few hours later while he we sleeping he experienced both diarrhea and vomit in his sleep. He hasn't had anymore symptoms but he also hasn't had another bowl.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Both me and my daughter are just starting to feel better after eating what seemed to be the worse ever bowl of cereal, she ate 2 bowls and was sick much longer than me.,
Lucky Charms cereal. I initially thought it was the milk, but she ate hers with Soy milk and experienced the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Green Stool

I opened the box for dinner one night, woke up about 6 hours later with extreme stomach pains, followed by vomiting, severe headache, diarrhea and sweating. Vomit was purple, stool bright green. This was a GIANT sized box or "family sized."  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating, Stomach Pain
