Both my son and I had some McDonald's this morning. He ate a McGriddle and I had their Hashbrown. Out of everyone in my family of four we were the only ones who ate McDonald's. Were throwing up and can't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Additional information: Purchased guacamole two days ago, kept in fridge. Ate some last night around 6pm, symptoms showed up at approximately 6/7am next day.
