Ate a sandwich at 11:30am on Friday March 6th, started feeling nauseous at 7pm that same night, vomiting and diarrhea start at 12:30am on March 7th and vomiting continued until 9am on March 7th, and diarrhea and nausea continued all day on March 7th. Only one person was effected by the contaminant.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate on The evening of Sunday Feb 16th, 2020. I had the Italian Night Club. Within a few hours I developed vomiting and diarrhea. I ended up at urgent care and was sent from there to the ER.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate on 02/27/20. Three people in household including myself had stomach camps and began vomiting within 24 hours. Two others did not eat and are not ill or sick. We sick three had each eaten a sandwich.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

3 people in family got severe diahrea. 9 year old got the sickest and had stool sample confirming shiga like proteins. He had bloody diahrea as well and severe stomach cramps. Symptoms arose a 2-3 days after ingestion  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool

Ordered late this morning. #12 Beach Club Unwich with oil & vinegar, oregano & basil, and peppers. Same order I’ve gotten for years. Within two hours, stomach cramping. By third hour, left side, winding abdominal pain and nausea, soon followed by multiple bouts of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
