My kiddo ate Lucky Charms for breakfast at school. I know it was the Lucky Charms because he's a triplet and the other two go to the same school and have the same meal choices. He was the only one who ate Lucky Charms, while the others had the hot choice.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Lucky charms, it is my favorite cereal both my grandson and I been sick for at least a week. Someone told me about it and so I came to see if the symptoms were the same. I ate a couple of bowls of lucky charms on 5/1. I had severe diarrhea later that morning that lasted for two days. I was unable to work on Monday and ended up having to take Imodium to stop the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
