I ate a Philly omelet from Dennys and had lucky charms not from Dennys and 20 to 30 minutes later had sudden severe diarrhea. It has lasted 30 hours so far.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Opened a new box of Lucky Charms and had a small serving with milk. Woke up eight hours later with intense abdominal pain and eventual diarrhea. This is the second time in a year I've had this experience with Lucky Charms. Never again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

So, I was about to got to work when I had had this strong burst of nausea. I had just eaten lucky charms before I left. I had to call my boss and tell him I couldn’t come in today.
