I've been eating Lucky Charms since I was a kid and in my experience the green stool was "normal", presumably from food dye. As an adult, however, this cereal tears through me. I recently ate a bowl before bed and woke up in the middle of the night with painful stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Green Stool

I wasn't sure until I realized we both ate lucky charms cereal and nothing else for almost 2 days because we both were vomiting and having diarrhea The vomit and diarrhea were both a cloudy green and head aches were like migraines  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Migraine, Nausea, Headache

I felt like I had food poisoning- not knowing it was cereal - I was off work a full week and one trip to emergency room dehydrated- it was miserable I couldn’t keep water down . This cereal was the only thing I was eating different. Never… See more

Started end of April, I believe Lucky Charms I also now have a unspecified respiratory tract infection that is not getting any better since eating the cereal.

05/19 Update: right now I'm in the ER being looked at as to I am getting no better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
