I ordered a Shamrock Shake because it’s finally March. I woke up this morning with so much stomach pain, green diarrhea, and then ended up vomiting 3 times. I still felt sick so I took a nauseous pill and will see what happens when it wears off.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
