Their breakfast, sausage egg mcmuffins Went through the drive thru at roughly 8:45am and ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins 2 hashbrowns and an orange juice. Only one person sick, male aged 36. At 2:20pm began feeling very ill, with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

Two small cheeseburgers and a handful of spicy chicken mcnuggets - within 30 minutes I felt more nauseated than I'd felt since I had the flu in 2017. I didn't vomit, but the nausea came and went multiple times. Diarrhea is on the way, also, I can tell.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I'm poorly now from eating a burger yesterday from here, Burger I ate the burger yesterday and bt lasy night had really bad stomach pain I've been up all night up and down to the toilet I'm still laid here in agony its the worst pain I've ever felt  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

We ate McChicken and it was not that bad.
but after taste was not good at all.
After long time we really had bad Experience.
