We eat 2 fang macdo 2 big mac big fries we had pain in the stomach followed by strong vomiting and diarrhea with fever poisoning was confirmed by a doctor. Sunday evening 2 adults 2 hours after consuming  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
