Me and my family Ate McDonald’s yesterday later on me and my parter have diahrea & nausea for a few hours then eventually was sick. Now I have still got stomach cramps and fever, 2 out of 4 got sick .. so far. Partners symptoms were instant and mine was 10 hours later  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate a fish sandwich from McDonald's, A few hrs after eating the fish sandwich I started getting painful cramps and ran to the bathroom, sat in pain with diarrhea for close to an hour, then vomitted.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
