After eating the salad I became ill with a headache, body aches diarrhea and in general not feeling well. My upset stomach continued the next day along with the headache and body aches. I was feeling completely fine until I ate this salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Body Ache, Diarrhea

Had Cicken McNuggets while waiting for plane home. They didn’t seem cooked enough but ate them anyway. Three hours of severe stomach pain on plane ride home. Explosive vomiting on car ride home. Severe diarrhea and fever all night long. This happened on Feb 20 2018  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

On monday evening around 8 o´clock, I ate big mac - 50 years menu. Maybe 2-3 hours later I got painful cramps in my stomach. Next day, the nausea was still there and even worse. Same day I got fever and diarhea. Till today it has been 2 days and I´m still in pain. + don´t have any appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

I took a couple of the kids to see black panther after they wanted to get McDonald's one of the kids said get the make shamrock shake it's really good two of us got really sick the only two that bought the shake I was sick all day Sunday and a little bit of Monday morning  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
