McChicken. Between 6-7pm last night (08-14-24). Severe stomach pain, water-like diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. I feel so ill my family is thinking about taking me to the hospital. Bought 6 chicken nuggets, cheeseburger and fries (Monday 12th at approximately 7pm). During the night extreme vomiting (including bits of very pink chicken), and diarrhoea.
