Had a 6 piece mcnugget and a quarter pounder bout 1030am. 1030pm that night fever sweating vomiting diahrea. Its been 4 days im still sick as a dog. Lost 15 lbs.

Had the artisan chicken sandwich, just the chicken. Threw the bun and everything else away. Spent the early part of the night night vomiting and then the early morning on the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
