Had a buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries and cup of ice with a little iced tea. Ate at 9:30 pm and woke up sick with cold sweats, fever, headache and upset stomach. Diarrhea once and vomiting twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating

I had 2 grilled ranch chicken snack wraps , the first symptom was a headache and I got it the same night then I started getting nauseous , then I started throwing up on/off  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Went to this Mcdonalds Last night 7/5/17 11pm bought the 20piece chicken nugget meal for two people went home ate it around 1130 chicken nuggets and fries tasted awful so I stopped and threw it away. About 1am I wake up feeling nauseated and run to bathroom… See more
