I went to McDonald's and ordered a Sausage McGriddle when i got home my stomach started hurting. 10 minutes later i was throwing up and going dieria i was felling sick. My muscles are sore and im still in pain. Iv been in pain for 2 days now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
