I got a quarter pounder deluxe, as I was eating it I felt like the meat was a little off. Later that night my stomach was making that weird deep noise and started feeling achy. I went to bed, woke up, and had really bad stomach pains. I ended up throwing up and being on the toilet all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

After ordering at McDonald a hot n spicy later that night I started getting abdominal pain after an intense 5 hours of being nauseous and pain I threw up the food ... as well as the next day's my system has been so sensitive and I've been diagnosed  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter fell sick an hour or two after eating her burger from McDonald Donald's. Symptoms of uneasiness started right after eating. She threw up for a total of 12 hrs. She still has stomach pain but not sure if it's cause she hasn't eaten much so… See more
