I order a chicken burger, fries and root beer last night for dinner. Overnight I've had vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. It has lasted about 4 hours. Waiting to see if symptoms worsen before going to see doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

It was around 7 pm when my mother and i went to McDonald's I was pretty hungry i ordered a meal. I got 10 piece mcnuggets and medium fries with a medium drink as usual (whenever I go there) I was fine until 1 am where I started having nausea and then at around 4:40 am I threw up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Bought a quarterpounder at McD in Willcox/AZ. Took first bite and the patty was raw. 2 hours later I started throwing up and got diarrhea at the same time. Put patty on a plate and a lot of bloody juice came out-gross. I might have to see a doctor tomorrow and feel miserable  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
