I ate McDonalds (a deluxe) the following night with stomach and stomach cramps.
Followed behind, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness.
I cannot take proper care of myself because I vomit right after taking Smecta.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness

Yesterday I believe it was the fries I ate at McDonald's my wife is also sick and my grandson ate them Friday and he was sick Friday night No just thought it was coincidence that we ate there and all sick.Also his mother is not sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
