Thursday, February 8, 2024 I ate a McFirst fried beef orange juice and I started to have a stomachache and in the evening vomiting diarrhea stomach pain. Until morning, fatigue, headache. And that day it's still a headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Headache, Stomach Pain
